What is the 30-day trial?

Every Joolca order comes with a 30-day trial, no strings attached. Buy it, take it home, take it into the field, and put it through its paces. If it's not for you, send it back within 30 days for a full refund. We cover shipping both ways, so you're not out a single cent for giving it a go.

What products are included in the trial?

All Joolca products are eligible for the 30-day trial.

Do I need to do anything before returning?

When will I receive my refund?

Once we receive your return, we'll process your refund in full, including any shipping costs you paid at checkout.
