A pre-order lets you purchase a product before it's back in stock, securing your spot in the next incoming batch before it sells out.

How do I know if something is on pre-order?

Look for the "Pre-order" tag on the product page, which will also tell you the expected shipping time.  

When will my order ship?

The expected shipping date is on the product page. Check there for the most up-to-date estimate. Once your order is on its way, you'll get a tracking confirmation email. And if anything unexpected causes a delay, we'll keep you in the loop.

When does my 30-day money-back guarantee start?

From the day your gear arrives at your door, not the day you ordered it.

When does my 2-year warranty start?

Same deal: your warranty kicks off from the day you receive your item, not the purchase date.
