These terms and conditions ("Terms") outline the agreement between content creators ("Creator" or "You") and Joolca ("Company" or "Joolca") for the creation and submission of videos featuring Joolca equipment. By participating in the Joolca Content Creator Partnership, you agree to comply with the following terms:
- Eligibility and Equipment Ownership
Creators must already own Joolca equipment they wish to feature in their video. Joolca does not provide Joolca gear in exchange for videos.
- Content Criteria
Creators must create videos that meet the specific brief provided by Joolca, ensuring that the content aligns with our brand's values and objectives.
- Payment
Creators will receive a fixed payment of US$250 per video, regardless of the video's duration, style, or format. Payment will only be made after Joolca has reviewed and approved the video.
- Video Approval
Joolca reserves the right to withhold payment until the video is approved. Joolca may request changes to the video, and there is no limit on the number of revision requests Joolca may make. Creators are responsible for addressing these requests promptly.
- Commercial Rights
Joolca shall own all commercial rights to the video, including but not limited to advertising use, uploading to Joolca's official channels, and sharing on social media platforms.
Joolca may re-edit or repurpose the video at its discretion.
Joolca may or may not acknowledge the Creator in the video's usage at its discretion.
- Payment Adjustment
Joolca reserves the right to change the payment amount at any time. Creators will be notified of any changes to the payment terms.
- Ownership and Rights
Creators retain ownership of the content they create, excluding the commercial rights granted to Joolca as outlined in these terms.
- Confidentiality
Creators agree not to disclose any confidential information about Joolca, its products, or its operations.
- Representation and Warranty
Creators represent and warrant that the content they create does not infringe upon the intellectual property rights of any third parties and complies with all applicable laws and regulations.
- Termination
Joolca reserves the right to terminate the partnership with any Creator at any time for any reason, with or without notice.
- Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with local laws.
- Entire Agreement
- These Terms constitute the entire agreement between the Creator and Joolca and supersede all prior agreements, understandings, and representations.
- Modification
- Joolca reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Creators will be notified of any changes, and continued participation in the partnership will constitute acceptance of the modified Terms.
By participating in the Joolca Content Creator Partnership, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions. Failure to comply with these Terms may result in the termination of the partnership.
