I received my chemical cassette today, April 15 2026. The delivery was prompt. Customer Service was amazing to resolve a small issue and the structure exceeded my expectations. I would definitely recommend this product. for the build quality height and weight. We haven’t used it yet but we have previously purchased other models from different companies that were difficult to get up since they were lower to the ground and dumping them was a little more challenging. These come with handles that make the cassettes much more easier to empty without bringing half the toilet with you. Great product I would definitely recommend it. Steve 👍
