Great product but needs to be waterproof

I love the Joolca, it has changed our big families camping 100%.I ordered the power bank and am disappointed that it came with such a short cable to go to the pump. It’s not waterproof so having it so close to the very thing that’s bringing in the water shouldn’t have been in the design or at least supply a cable safe to use with the entire unit. Waterproof the power bank please.

Love the fast charge and the magnetic feature.. My complaint it the usb connection is very week. My first one was under warenty and it was replaced. I just ordered a new one which has not arrived yet as the warranty replacement also has a damaged usb port... l hope the replacement does not have the same problem. Thanks Elly.
