Opened a brand new Joolca Hottap V2 Nomad but upon opening discovered a manufacturing fault with the blue tub.
Registered my warranty and sent an email and was pleasantly surprised with the quick response and action by the team who promptly sent out a replacement. I’m extremely excited to try this shower/sink combination with our next camping trip. We connected everything to test the product and the shower heat and water flow is amazing!Connecting everything is very easy (but packing up to fit back in the tub is a little challenging. Hopefully with a bit of usage it will get easier but very happy with this product and already recommended to a few friends.especially if you follow the video tutorial online)
Tub is over priced an didn't even come with a drain plug
