customer service was great. had issue that items I ordered were back ordered so had to cancel the full order and support helped me out. very understanding.
Our brand new Hot Tap came equipped with JOL21.02B blue and red male tap fittings underneath, which have been superseded by JOL21.02C version that are slightly longer. The upshot is that without the new fittings, which work perfectly, the hoses will keep slipping off under pump pressure as the shower head is turned on and off. It's an epic fail distributing the kit with badly engineered fittings, but with the replacements fitted the Hot Tap is fabulous.
